Policies

Cancelation Policy

1

I try my best to be flexible and understanding with scheduling. However, to ensure equal opportunities to all clients and respect for my time, i enforce the following policies:

24 Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failing to do so may result in forfeiting your deposit.

Communication is Key: Life happens, and I understand that unexpected situations arise. Please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances, I’m usually able to work with you.

Illness Exceptions: If you’re feeling unwell, your health and safety are the priority. Rescheduling due to sickness will not result in any fees, and your deposit transfer to your next appointment.

Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may have their appointment rescheduled or canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

If time permits and you arrive late, I may proceed with your tattoo, but the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. This ensures fairness to other clients.

No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to rebook.

Tattoo Minimum Policy

2

I have a shop minimum for very simple designs under 2 inches that can be completed in under an hour. This minimum ensures the time, materials, and expertise required for even the smallest pieces are fairly compensated.

Shop Minimum Price: $75

Why do you have Minimum? Every tattoo, regardless of size, requires setup, sterilization, and careful attention to detail. The minimum reflects these professional standards.

If you have questions or want to discuss a design idea, feel free to reach out via this form I’m happy to help!

LGBTQ+ Inclusivity Policy

3

Inclusivity is something that is incredibly important in my studio. I am committed to fostering a save and inclusive environment for everyone who steps foot in my space, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation.

This space is a judgement free zone where I celebrate diversity and individuality. I want to help you feel seen, respected and supported.

I will do this by enforcing these Policies:

Respectful Communication: I do my best to address all clients by their chosen names and pronouns.

Providing a Safe Space: My studio is designed to make everyone feel comfortable and valued.

Confidentiality: Your personal information and stories are treated with utmost care and privacy.

I am honored to collaborate on designs that reflect your identity and unique journey.

Discrimination of any kind does not have a place in my studio. If you ever feel uncomfortable or have any concerns, please speak with me directly so I can address it immediately and remedy.

I believe tattoos are a powerful form of self expression, and everyone deserves a space to celebrate who they are. Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey!

If you have questions or specific requests, feel free to reach out. I’m here to support you.

AI Policy

4

I DO NOT use AI to design any of my work, tattooing or otherwise.

I would like to politely ask that clients try their best not to send AI Generated images as references for your tattoo design. As an artist and trained Illustrator, it is my job to ask you all the right questions to make your tattoo design dreams come true. As a tattoo artist, I know what will translate well in tattoo form, where an AI generator does not. Please feel free to send rough sketches on napkins, doodles from your journal, actual art pieces you love and more as references. Doing so will ensure that your design is custom to you and will hold up well as a tattoo.

I also ask that under no circumstances, please do not feed my artwork into any Generative AI program. These programs steal from artists without our permission and I would like to keep my work as far from these programs as possible.

I know that the outcome of your tattoo means a lot, and I would like to reassure you that it does to me too. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment where asking for changes in your design is ALWAYS welcome. I want to work with you to make the design as perfect as I can make it.

Not supporting AI is the easiest way to support living/working artists.

Thank you for understanding.
