How It Works:
When my books are open you will be able to submit a form on this page. After you submit your form, I will look over your submission and email you back with an approval or denial of your submission.
After your design has been approved, I will send you a Booking Link to schedule a date for your consultation or appointment. You will then have access to my available dates and select a date that works for you.
My hourly rate is $150 per hour. There is a deposit fee due at booking that will go towards the cost of your tattoo. My minimum for a tattoo is currently $75 for tattoos that are smaller than 2 inches and would take under an hour.

Placement and Size in inches:
Reference Photos or designs that are similar:
Photos of the area to be tattooed:
Have the answers to these questions ready so the form is easy to fill out when it reopens.
